We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to join our dynamic IT Operations Team in Frankfurt or Berlin. The Enterprise Applications Manager assumes overall responsibility for the architecture, maintenance, support, and administration of a diverse portfolio of applications and technology solutions, with emphasis on ERP/CRM applications (HubSpot, Dynamics 365 BC, etc). Collaborating closely with business units, the role ensures the delivery of technical solutions aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The Enterprise Application Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication and coordination, along with the implementation of agreed objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Enterprise Application Administration and Management

  • Responsible for, and have the ability to, operate Scope’s Enterprise Applications (CRM - Hubspot, ERP – Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc.) at both the strategic and operational levels for the Scope Group including ownership of support, governance, documentation, incidents, and release management

Enterprise Application Strategy and Roadmaps

  • Assess and manage functional requirements and needs from corporate functions and business units with regard to enterprise applications
  • Develop and own enterprise application roadmaps in conjunction with technology and business leadership

Enterprise Application Integrations and Data Strategy

  • Manage requirements and execution of system integrations across enterprise applications in collaboration with IT and Engineering teams
  • Responsible for management and design of data structure and best practices within enterprise applications in collaboration with business owners and data engineering department with a particular view towards data quality and business intelligence

Enterprise Application Vendor Management

  • Manage processes (from requirement collection through vendor selection) for new enterprise applications as needed 
  • Own the renewal processes for existing enterprise applications 
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and implementation partners as appropriate

Reporting and Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular reporting to technology leadership and other stakeholders on the status and progress of enterprise application systems and projects
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for diverse business and technical stakeholders
  • Proactively manage relationships and collaboration with enterprise application stakeholders

Your professional and personal profile

  • Proven experience in managing enterprise applications, with a focus on CRM, Financial ERP, and other line of business applications. Specific experience with HubSpot and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Industry certifications and memberships are a plus
  • Strong agile project management skills and experience using JIRA for project management are a plus
  • Highly experienced usage of the O365 suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and other MS Applications
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Excellent capabilities for attention to detail and robust documentation practices
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Ability and enthusiasm to rapidly acquire new knowledge in enterprise technologies and tools
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate team members, and effectively manage stress in high-pressure situations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Fluent in German or other EU language is a plus
  • Willingness to take responsibility with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience in business intelligence and reporting (i.e., PowerBI, SQL analysis in a relational database) is a strong
